1.011 Crash

Hi, when I try to run M&B 1.011, it loads until: Processing .ini file, and then crashes. I reinstalled it many times, downloaded new versions, updated it, nothing works. Any suggestions?

Especially because it used to work on my computer and now just won't! Need help, please!?!?!?!
