It's the 1.010 installer, I don't think there'll be the MS. Yet.

the running animation did change, mostly the arms swing faster and closer to the body. Less awkward without a shield, haven't seen it with a shield.

diff shows several fixes in scens, I think Dhirim was fixed too.
