0 danmage

It seems like when im fighting on foot, most of my hits get 0 danmage. Side swipes, head shots, anything. Very few achieve danmage, and when they do they score 25+ on a person. This never happens when im on horseback, just when im on foot. I have the nomad sword I think its called.

Whats the solution?

Nomad swords are weak when you don't have the benefit of being on a horse. Get a heavier sword is my guess.

If you get very close to the enemy (like, bumping chests... eeeeew.), then you won't do damage because you're hitting them with your hilt or arm. If you hit someone with the tip of a blade, it does the most damage. You know you're doing it right when your sword slashes straight through them.

You don't necessarily have to get a 'heavier' sword, just try to stay a little further from the oppenant, wait until the time is right, then bring down death!

Or switch to the daggeror fists, if you really like crowding your enemy.

Its because you are too close to him with that swords reach.

WHICH IS SO VERY SILLY THEY ARE MANY WAYS TO  DELIVER A FULL POWERED BLOW WITH A SWORD!!!

Example: Swing your hand around your head like you are a cowboy throwing a laso- for those of you that don't know what a cowboy is just swing your hand abouve your head in a circular motion.  NOW imagine that someone is in front of you- then lower the height of your swing- WHAT HAPPENS?! You smack yourself in the face! WHY?! Because your hand couldn't stop when it hit your imaginary target.

What does this MEAN? You hit the bad guy right in front of you with full force on his BACK because you swung the sword _around_ his side and brought it back!

Combine this with side stepping or stepping past your enemy and you have what we sword fighting fans like to call a "wrap shot" because you wrap around the enemy and hit them.

Please GOD give us a wrap shot- I think I'll start a thread about this.
