It appears that merchants have stopped selling chargers in my current game.

Quick update: It seems that v0.632 has cleared up the issue.

I have .632, there are chargers, but really rare. I havnt found any spirited yet, while we all three have bought all reinnforced/thick from black and done number of supply quests.

i found 2 spirited in one place. Currently on a mission to find 9 chargers, could take a while!
