(0.623) Failed quests are not removed from quests list.

I've just discovered a bug which doesn't seem to have been reported (or maybe I'm just blind), when I fail a mission to destroy a enemy party before they reach their base, the mission will stay in the quests list and I wont be able to get new missions from the person who gave the mission.

Just to be sure you know this: The mission should stay in the list, until you talk to the noble that gave the mission. After you've told him you've failed, the mission will be removed and you can immediately ask for a new one.

Yah, i know. And after some scientific testing it appears that this only occurs in one of my saves.
