[0.621] Damage from horse collision for footman is always 0.

I try only arena fights, but in 100% cases when horse collide with a footman, footman get 0 damage. Not good.

The horse may not have a high enough charge score to get past it's armour (assumption).

I have a heavy warhorse and can get fairly high damage on a collision after charge.

Oh, I see, you right. It's not good to soak such damage to 0, maybe it's better to soak all but 1 hp of damage.
