0.400 progress update, Jan10

For those following development....

I'm still working on version 0.400, the object of which is to provide more RPG elements: personal fiefs, the opportunity to interact with NPC factions who can assign you tasks (aka missions or quests, etc) and ask you to use your influence on their behalf.

I also intend to add a new kind of field battle where players can control formations of different troop types on the field, subject to a more sophisticated morale system. One player will serve as the commander of the attacking army and be required to dislodge the other army from a good defensive position.

DONE 30 individual fief maps, one for each active province
DONE (by Fredelios) - Indian and Chinese equipment
DONE The ability to add buildings to your fief
MOSTLY DONE Scripting for player missions, such as defending your fief or escorting a supply column
DONE NPC subfactions added to gameworld, and interaction system added
MOSTLY DONE Strategic system revised to be based on subfactions rather than empires
MOSTLY DONE Field battle revision
SOME WORK DONE New battle and march maps
