Test comments:

The results are not very different from my old 8700K + 32 GB DDR4 2400mhz. Although the 1% FPS has grown significantly, which is precisely responsible for the smoothness of the game and the absence of drawdowns, the stability has improved.

Apparently the game \ Windows 11 is not optimized enough.

The processor is not fully loaded anywhere (this is normal).

I tested Total War Warhammer 2 and there were drawdowns of less than 60 FPS, despite the fact that neither the processor nor the video card was fully loaded.
