【What is the best weapon setup for companions】Mount archer setup can not get kills

What is your weapon set up for companions? I found that the even companion has high weapon skill points, but it is really hard for them to get skills in the battle. Mount archer AI accuracy is pretty bad at this stage of the game.

Any suggestion on the companion's weapon set up?
