Resolved “Lord wants “name” captured” quest problem

I’ve been having trouble with this quest every time I defeat him it doesn’t give me the option to capture him.

I have the same problem. I'm supposed to capture Arcor for Monchug, but Arcor just comes with a monologue about "Monchug sending one of his lackeys", and "I have desided to make an example of you", and then he ends up in a village on the other side of the map.
