When you start the game through the launcher, for a moment the "play" button in the steam changes to "close", then everything disappears and the game does not start.The technical support tips did not help, how to fix this problem? It started about a month ago.Neither reinstalling the game, nor Windows, helps.Updating the drivers does not fix the situation either.Two months ago I was playing great, now something is wrong.intel i5/12100rtx 2060 - updated drivers.

Have you tried deleting the Bannerlord folder from the Documents folder? Also, the latest version of the game is 1.2.11 you can also try updating the game.
