Day 173 my influence was 4. Day 195, its -217. Why is that happen ?

Negative influence means you have attacked someone you are not supposed to and started a war. This can happen without intent sometimes such as raiding a village when the castle/city its connected to is taken over by a 3rd party this counts as you starting a war.

That is not the only way. If you are part of a kingdom, certain laws and such make you lose influence. This is intended I think. It is like saying you are becoming more and more unimportant lol.
