veteran borrowed troop

I had a a few veteran borrowed troops with me which I set to group VIII so I could keep them out of danger during battle. But when I raided a village they spawned with the enemy and immediately began fighting (and dying). This happened to me also when I went to a bandit camp.

Putting the Veteran Borrowed Troops in garrison removes them from the quest progress bar permanently. They are effectively untrained as seen by the quest.
