unable to start

Summary: Hey support, After doing a clean install the game won't initiate startup and immediately crashes. Have attempted version 1.5.9 as well as 1.5.8. Attempted to start game from application file in install folder on both versions. No luck. I'll post the crash report below...

I bought the game on Steam but I cannot get it to launch. If I click on play now in Steam a window pops up which says "Performing first time setup..." and " Installing: (Step 1 of 1)" with a progress bar. After a while that window vanishes and nothing happens. The game does not launch. I...

Whenever I close the game (or it crashes), the game doesn't actually close on steam so I cannot re-launch the game without restarting steam. Is anyone else having this issue?
