I recently had a sieg where all of the enemys siege equipment was destroyed (except their catapult but that one couldt hurt me) while my own troops didnt have any more amunition. so i couldnt hurt them and they couldnt hurt me. in reality now the i would have defended this attack on my castle...

When I went into assault i realized there are only 3 groups in my army - each positioned in front of 3 entry points.
And each of groups have all kind of units in it - infantry, archers, cav, horse archers.

I see this game have exactly the same problem like total war. The ai always fight only on the walls or directly before the gate.
Sieges would be so much harder, if the ai would use the full options for defending a castle or city.

My sides attackers got stuck on top of the ladder/battlement just below the ladder and didn't move further in to the castle. Even though they had broken through the gate they didn't charge in.
