mod incompatbilities

Summary: I can't access any game mods that except custom servers, which are all unavailable due to mod incompatibilities (I have no mods). I can't even see what mods a server has because it won't load their modlist. I tried reinstalling, the game and battleeye and such but no luck. How to...
