mod crash issue

Hello, I tried to combine the Dickplomacy mod with the Cultured Guy's Female Overhaul mod, I followed the instructions given by the Cultured Guy's Female Overhaul mod, but the game said "Unexpected End of File while reading file: Modules/Dickplomacy 4.3.0.7b/skins.txt" How do I solve this problem?

Is there a way to open the Modding Kit with mods installed? I have a bunch of errors when I launch the Modding Kit via Steam, but I do not want to uninstall them as it's quite a long list.
