It's so frustrating when your mercs quit without warning and run away without a chance of catching up to them to renew your contract. Is there any indicators to let the player know that the mercs are about to leave? I think a good solution would be to have a popup appear on the screen that gives...

see title... ESC Button closes interactions like trade or recruit but not "back" from in-settlement-menus like hostile actions etc. It annoys me to always have to click "Leave". Is that bug or feature?

I'm totally ok with the punishment for leavers, but today my game crashed three times and every time this was counted as leaving, banning me from playing matchmaking. Can we modify this feature so it will punish players who leave the game that has already started, right after the first countdown...
