  2. SP - Player, NPCs & Troops How do i trade land with lords?

    I am a number of hours into my playthrough now, i possess a city and a castle but i would like to control some nearby cities as well. I am with sturgia and when i make a proposal to one of the lords there is no option to trade for fiefs or other. how do i trade for land?
