So I'm playing as the Sturgians (still a merc), and I'm started to see a trend in my faction A.I that's causing it to lose. We're currently at war with the Vlandians, and we have 2-3 smaller armies, while they have one larger one (350-370 vs 450+). And these 2-3 armies are taking turns fighting...

There is always one random faction in my campaigns that blitzkrieg all of Calradia within 500days! I think because when random factions battle each other, leaving the other with no more troops for almost the whole war, so the faction that won can blitzkrieg trough their lands because the lords...
