horseback bow bug

Summary: Companions don't seem to use bows on horseback that should be unlocked with "Mounted Archer" ability. So far 2 companions in my game have failed to use a "Noble Long Bow" after receiving the ability and being supposed to be able to use the bow on horseback as per the ability...
