I think there needs to be some changes in the main gameplay loop, that incentivizes a more thorough exploration of your fiefs, workshops, and party, and I have a few ideas. Much of what exists now, is monotonous and tiring to keep up with. The profits are always a guess without any helping...
Summary: Assigning party roles is broken because the game doesn't recognise the wanderers in your party.
How to Reproduce: Get defeated in this beta patch (Beta 1.2.1) and have your wanderers get taken prisoner. Use the 'recall' option once they are free from the clan menu.
Have you used cheats...
Summary: Assigning party members as governor, but won't stay at the town/castle that he/she is governing. They end up in a random tavern in a town. When entering the town you get the message "... is staying in this town after being lost after battle" (something like this)
How to Reproduce...
It is a simple request that i would love to have in game :)
It makes sense that someone who oversaw constructions of several project to gain experience from it. I know it boosts stewardship right now, but it should also give engineering xp in my opinion.
It is already a limited tree to skill...
upgrading a clan member to be a good governor is pretty tedious. You constantly have to search the skill tree up and down to find the best skills because they are all over the place. Governor/administrator should be a skilltree on its own, like trade.

My desired mod has the following functionality:

-Only lvl 1 recruits in villages, no higher level troops.
-Automatic recruitment to...
Old title and post: Companions as Governors should free slots for Party
I think the Governor idea is a great idea, but badly exploited. If we put them as governors, it should be possible to recruit others. We could better manage our castles and always have a good number of them in battle.
What...
Summary: My Husband, who is leading a party, occasionally also makes himself the governor of my city
How to Reproduce: I own 3 fiefs with my female character (2 castles and one city.) My husband (who is supposed to have his own party) keeps replacing my governor with himself, while also being...
I've assigned a companion to be the Governor of my castle fief and tried to see what she'd do. After about 10 minutes she hasn't queue'd a single upgrade for the fief. Is it because of a lack of a certain skill or do her upgrades simply not appear in the queue?
Just what the title says. The text ingame says you should build projects and buildings in the settlements for governors to earn XP but my companion who I made governor hasn't earned any even though she should be gaining at least a little (she has INT 1).
