I assume it's being developed already, but it would be convenient to talk to prisoners who are in dungeons the same way you visit or talk to notables in towns and villages (clicking on the portrait of the vassal/noble in the dungeon, then click "visit" or "talk") instead of having to walk...

So, I've played the game through a full time already. The first time I did an imperial kingdom and had ZERO problem recruiting people to my kingdom. I had a high charm skill and would just charm them through the conversion process... and BAM, I've got 25 clans in my kingdom... steamroll ensues...
