cheering and shouting

Even though you don't have troops to command in most game modes, the commands still come with in game shouts that would for allow some tactical coordination with teammates in a quick and atmospheric manner.

I know the devs are relaxing now that all the major issues have been fixed post-release, so here is a new high-priority item to add to the to-be-fixed list. When not holding a weapon, or using a bow, the hand position looks really stupid when using the battle cheers. Please fix this ASAP...
