bow expert

the bow expert perk, the one from the riding skill. as shown in the pictures, I can not use the bow while riding. is the perk not working or am I understanding it wrong? the long bow I am trying to use the perk version 1.1.0

Both bound skills, for Riding and Bow, respectively, have almost identical descriptions (use any bow on horse), but neither of them actually work. If you equip a longbow on a horse you still aren't able to use it. Needs to be fixed asap
