Summary: Randomly I now start with a -1280 penalty to carry weight, specifically it says "Troops -1280". Adding troops does reduce this, and horses do add weight, but it seems like I need to have a large amount to overcome the negative. How to Reproduce: Not sure what specifically caused this...
