In Progress Player Non-Kingdom with holdings don't get declared war by NPC's
Issue: I just wanted to let the devs know that a Non-Kingdom (like a Duchy) with holdings NEVER gets targeted for war by NPC Kingdoms. At least I haven't. I got 6 cities and 1 castle at the moment. Already rank 4 clan, but created no Kingdom yet. Exploit: As long as you can handle an army or...- Real_Utopolis
