    Prisoners

When a lord gets ransomed they go back in the rotation and pick up lousy recruits, doing this for regular troops would help them build up their forces quickly and makes sense. If you don’t want them to have these troops don’t take them prisoner or sell them back. Alternatively you could sell them as slaves but you’d get a lot less money for them.

    Prisoners

After defeating a faction a few times it becomes easier and easier because you are grinding down their elite units. But many of these troops are not killed but instead sold or ransomed, however you want to look at it. I think it would be a good addition to have these troops returned to villages...

    Recommended difficulty?

Always played on normal but now always Bannerlord, it is really not that much different just a bit more fair for the AI.

I would love the ability to change family members' appearance.

It would be nice to change certain things via the barber such as face paints etc. maybe even scars so you can get a more beat up look after some time.

    Battania needs a buff

Not my experience at all, for me they do unusually well probably because they can bring all their troops to bear better than most factions. In my current play through they were constantly at war with two factions yet managed to defeat them all piecemeal. They beat the Aserai and Vlandians and the Western Empire and they absolutely slaughtering the Sturgians.

Sieging down castles and towns takes too long.

Not exactly on topic but I think it is silly that a castle with 5 defenders requires a invading army must setup a siege camp ... in Warband they would simply surrender and that seems more plausible.

Corporate Warfare and unfinished game design

This is one of, if not my favorite game. You should have read past the title.
I completely agree, yes things need some polishing but the bones of this game are great and I have no doubt it will only get better. We are playing a game still in development and we all know that, but it is perfectly playable now.

    War Camels and Elephants

I'd say no to elephants. They would likely be op af as one of their best counters doesn't exist either (field arty). And i'm sure the ai couldn't handle either.

Currently camels are pretty pointless. I wouldn't mind better armor for them.
The best counter should be skirmishers which are heavily represented in the game ... and as long as we implemented a system whereby the elephants could panic and trample their own men I think it would be interesting ...
However I think they should be prohibitively expensive so that you’d only see one or two at most based on the size armies.

Should Recruits Change Culture to the Occupying Faction's?

I think it would be interesting to have a mixture of the old and new cultures become recruitable depending on the level of conversion.
Someone presented an actual mixed units which I also think is interesting but maybe to complicated to implement.

AI never besiege settlements when I'm in them/trying to defend

I am seeing attacks on castles with ratios in the range of 4:1 or better which seems reasonable.
What makes no sense to me is that enemy lords do not flee into a castle or town when fleeing from a superior enemy ... same with caravans they have to leave town in fact right into your waiting arms, that is kind of game breaking to me.

Losing Relation with Lords whom TRY to burn my villages

So if I attempt to rob you and In the process kill some of your friends but you stop me from taking everything you are saying you wouldn’t be upset? No hard feelings at all?
I think -2 relations is mild ... and the fact you can catch him and slaughter his army and simply release him and you get a +5 relations makes it very easy to maintain good relationships with your enemies.

    Character's weight

It occurred if you attempted to edit his looks, a feature that has since been completely removed ...I hope it comes back soon and fixed and perhaps a slider to adjust weight and muscle added would be great.

Looters are fine, yay or nay?

The only thing I’d like to see them change is to make them faction specific so that you can covert them to troops of their region not all generic to empire.

Bannerlord :The Good, The Bad and The Average

Whatever TW doesn’t add some modder will, so keep the ideas flowing there are more people paying attention than you might think. Warband was a great game, but the mods available for it made it even better ... I have no doubt the same will be true in Bannerlord.

Kind of presumptive of you to think a peasant can’t be clean.

    Siege ladder

True but I raised the other myself and got hit by a giant boulder which ate 90% of my hp ... that was rather unexpected and awesome!

Empire factions getting destroyed very early.

Not my experience in 1.5 the Southern faction is supreme, with both North and West doing poor especially the West which is down to a single town. All the ‘barbarian‘ factions have made small inroads at the rebellious empires expense. I am a mercenary company fighting for the Sturgians and have definitely helped them manage to hold on to their lands.

    escort caravan quest kinda broken

Try to be slightly in the lead, it will scare away bandits and keep you heading in the right direction.

Empire factions getting destroyed very early.

I think if the empire factions had an ally especially a regionally close ally associated with them at the start that would eliminate one border for them to protect and might aid in preventing the snowball effect.
