    Add cheats for console version

    I think it would be nice to have the basic cheat menu on console. I know PC has the cheat menu and are able to mod the game but as a console player as nice as it would be to mod the game like how Skyrim does it, Just the simple cheat menu like how PC has it would be more than enough.
