patch 1 0 8 says the game now load paused. It does not. Also, it runs in the background whilst Im waiting for it to load, meaning Dertherts army walks up to mine whilst Im watching the loading screen, and starts another loading screen, I cant get away. Didnt you say that the game now loads paused?

So, I have a low charm skill, and its currently mucking up my influence because of "lawspeakers" giving minus 1 influence to people with low charm. The thing is, the game just says do barters and socialise with nobles. Are these the only ways to level it up? I dont want to buy this random guys...
