There should be a mechanic where different units (archers infantry cavs etc.) maintain their relative position when manoeuvring on the battlefield.
i.e. at the start of the battle I can arrange the units into a certain formation, infantry at the front, archers at the back, cav at the flanks...
It would be nice for the NPCs to show more respect to the player in the dialogues if he/she is the lord of a castle.
Like if you own a city or a village then the inhabitants should address you differently than if you are just some random mercenary.
