4.+1 I think best way to implement this is make ON/OFF option on weapon usage (like currently hold fire) and when it's ON bot decides himself what kind of wep he uses and when it's off he just force use weapon defined by commander it can bring some problems especially with throwings so maybe make command for throw at certain area or closest unit idk hope devs are smart enough to figure smth out

10.It's debatable cuz archers should punish shieldless or wrong turned units if shotting at certain area get implemented it will be much easier. Arrow dmg to shields should stay as it is. In terms of javs vs Shield buff can be interesting but needs to be tested.
