    Aeronwen asked for hosts, Popowicz replied to that and showed his interest in hosting, she blanked him. I used that as an example to counter your "You could have hosted a tournament yourself" argument, cuz when people tried to, they got ignored by people with actual experience at hosting stuff. That's the whole point of my posts here.

    I never acted as if u owed me anything, I was just surprised by your attitude towards hosting a tournament, when u clearly didn't know about people actually showing interest in hosting one. I don't even fully know who u are, so like.. I didn't demand ANYTHING from u.

    You may also just not want to insult others in general, but rather prove them wrong and engage - if necessary - in a civil manner instead. If you do that outside the forums is of no interest here, but it's generally good advice.
    Regarding the event itself:
    I've had my fair share of disagreements with the admin staff over the course of seven seasons by now, obviously that happens and things are not perfect, but they're working. If anyone is fed up with the work of the admins, just start a competing event and things might improve.

    The player base is small, but it surely can't grow much if the attitude of a lot of players, or even some entire teams do not improve. So maybe those dissatisfied with BEAST should indeed start their own event. Weren't there calls for division S? Make an invite-only tournament if you are interested in something like that, it's really not that difficult, it just requires effort.

    Concerning ur point "4." I just simply disagree with what u call entitlement, but oh well.. agree to disagree I guess.

    Also, an invite-only tournament wouldn't fix the issue, that most people wont be there in July. Hosting it later (August - September) or hosting it immediatly (June to maybe mid-July) would fix those issues I think. It's just extremely bad timing.

    To be fair, BEAST#7 was quite the ****show, with rules being changed mid-tournament etc. So I do understand people wanting a change in host & administration

    It's not about WANTING to be harassed or taking harassment as granted, but realistically, what are u gonna do about it? If u ban everyone who is toxic to you as an admin, then ur not gonna have a tournament. If I look at Division A right now, if everyone who has ever been toxic would be banned (and yeah, that's me included), there would maybe be like 15 players left.

    Also, while I get u, hosting a tournament doesn't grant you immunitiy from criticism. And while some people are actually blatantly insulting admins etc, others are criticizing them fairly, which for some reason is also taken as "insults". I think that's the major issue here. People take criticism as insults, because everyone reacts differently to words said.

    Aeronwen ASKED for hosts HERSELF. When people said "UHHHH I HOST" she didn't respond. Don't know what's so hard to understand about that.

    You do not "get blanked" when you are hosting a tournament. That is entirely up to those that intend to host. If you want to takeover another event or use some of the assets of that event however, you may "get blanked". But the only thing required of anyone in this community to host an event is to actually do the work. Nothing and no one prevents that.

    That part is actually makes sense, but also was not part of why I criticised your previous post.

    If you pursue this line of thinking and tell people that they should not post or engage in a discussion, because you have been criticised or they simply do not agree with you, then consider this a verbal warning to not do that.
    You get neither a say in who gets to participate in a debate nor do you get to to dictate how that debate is conducted.

    However, I will add that you have expressed your disapproval in an acceptable manner, which is - as you mentioned - not a given in this commmunity considering the first part of this post.

    1. I am not perceiving toxicity as a standard, but there is also nothing u can do against toxicity, unless u ban like half the playerbase.
    2. It wasn't about taking over BEAST. She asked for hosts of a tournament.. SHE ASKED FOR IT, and then when people actually messaged her about it, she didn't respond to them.
    3. Calling someone a simp, who actually is a simp since the beta, isn't an accusation. Also, I don't judge, just said it.
    4. And I don't pursue any line of thinking that tells people off for responding. Just make sense when ur responding to me, that's all I ask. Calling me entitled made no sense at all, because all I said was that Ikea's statement didn't make sense.
    ... and lastly
    I am not gonna insult ppl on a forum, where calling someone a "dickhead" results in a 2 week vacation from said forums. Also, I find insults (like actual insults, not the banter ones from TCV) won't bring my point across any better than civilized communication, so why bother.

    All I said was, that if u get butthurt over someone calling u biased or insults u on a personal level, then u shouldn't be admin for a tournament. Like that's just how it is. Sure u can ban people, but that just shows that ur not mature enough to take an insult and do the much bigger thing: Ignore it.

    Or even better: Reply to it in a very calm and collected way, so the person that's acting like a freak gets even more pissed off and leaves u alone to play Roblox in their parents basement.

    I mean Bard ngl.. but if u actually get tilted over insults from a gaming community that's known for excessive toxicity, then u shouldn't be hosting a tournament in the first place. And u can't rly say "many in Div A".. it was like maybe 10 ppl that insulted the admin team.

    What are u actually on about? All I said was, that Ikea's response made no sense, as Aeronwen asked for hosts herself, but when people like Popowicz came forward to host a tournament, she blanked them. Don't really see where I am entitled here. I also didn't demand anything or accuse anyone, so unless u actually understand what people write, why don't u refrain from posting responses?

    What I meant was, that hosting a tournament in summer is just not smart, as most of Division A will not be there. RM wont have BD and Jufasto, TCV wont have Runcop, Cosimo and Popo and (most likely) me and it wont be much different for alot of clans. July through August just are the months where most ppl go on holiday, cuz they are done with school, university or got time off from work.

    So I really don't see where I am accusing anyone here. I never demanded a tournament, I only said that it's kinda weird to say "You could have hosted one yourself" when people that actually came forward to host one, got blanked.

    Don't have to imagine that. In clanwars, especially on ur second life, u get stabbed once and boom... 95 hp gone. Great and balanced melee game, that just took over a decade to develope.

    Can we please fix stabs in the next patch? Cuz like.. right now, using a stab is basically the same as shooting someone in the head. I have played a few 2v2s and collected several (10) stabs to get an average dmg value for them. Each of these damage values represents ONE stab: 66, 71, 42, 33...

    The easiest way of hosting a new tournament would have been between like June and July, so it ends in early July, instead of having sign-ups end in early July. Cuz rn, on the information we (TCV) have, half our team wont be here.

    Maybe. I haven't focussed on that, but will do next time I'm playing. Horses have always been a bit strange in Bannerlord.

    I actually went ahead and recorded the freezes during a clanmatch today. Again, it is ONLY on Bannerlord. No other game I own freezes or stutters like this.


    NOTE: If the audio freezes in that video, it's probably YT. The audio did not freeze for me, while I had a freeze ingame.

    Check the following timestamps for the freeze-action:
    0:54 - 1:00
    2:44
    2:51
    4:39
    5:12
    5:19 to 5:24
    5:30
    6:02
    6:05
    7:00

    I tried any currently installed game on highest grafics and on Multiplayer and nothing even closely similar to this happens. So yeah, I have no clue what causes this extreme amount of stutters and freezes. It's also increased massively since the latest update, just fyi.

    This also isn't including the numerous micro freezes and stutters I keep getting mid-combat, which make it basically impossible to block more than one person effectively.
