    Hello, i have a question about proficiency points. Its intentionally to gain weapon points every 2-3 hits or this is a bug? Tested on Tocans Calradia mod and clean Native on clean install, mostly on custom battle with character Zaira. In battle 25-25 on WSE i can get 5-10 weapon points when on Native i can barely gain 1 point. How can i change/fix that?
