    Changing Village Faction Recruitment (warband)

    Ok, sorry for the major necro, but I can't find anything else explaining how to do this.

    I've added the scripts into module_game_menus.py, but keep getting errors. The latest is "unexpected indent" on line 4005. I've attached a screenshot of line 4005 and the surrounding lines, which I haven't touched at all. Is there anything else I need to show for somebody to figure out what's up?

    Just to be sure I send the right thing, when I make changes to .txt files and run the compiler based on those files in the module folder, the ModSys files should have all the modded info in them, right?

    What would be the best way to send you the files, anyway? Dropbox, Google Drive, email..?

    It seems I just have some incompatibilities with the new WSE, as I'm using some resource from an old mod. Is there any way to port a mod to a new version of WSE, or is it a case of killing the old and starting fresh?

    I've added the _addon files in WSESDK to the corresponding .py files in ModSys (all at the end, except for process_operations_patch), but I still have the errors. I'll try a few things myself and come back to you.

    Ok, so I figured out the module system thing and ran the compiler for the module folder, but the same issues remain. My WSE log only offers the below:

    Ah, that it was. 3.2.0. Is there any way to iron out the issues, or are they incompatible?

    I tried to get it set up on the new version so that I could use some levelling scripts/settings in module.ini, that don't work in 3.2.0. They do in 4.6.1,however,hence the change.

    EDIT - After adding the allow_wse... line into module.ini, in with the WSE script addons, the issue is gone. Buuuuut a few more have sprung up in its place:

    1: The in-game reports (Orders, kill/death reports, etc.) are missing, so I see nothing during a battle.
    2: Crossbows reload instantly..?
    3: Some mod features no longer function, such as real-time deployment.

    Nothing else has changed in the module.ini or wse_settings.ini, so I'm totally lost. Any ideas?

    Well, I've added "break_loops = 8" to the end of the module.ini, and "allow_wse_execute_statement_blocks = 1" to the end of wse_settings.ini, but I'm still getting the same error. Have I placed allow_wse_execute_statement_blocks = 1 in the wrong place or something?

    I'm having issues with getting 4.6.1 to work, as I get an "Opcode 8" error after roughly 30 seconds in-game, regardless of action.

    The end of the RGL Log shows the errors I get in game before the crash and Opcode 8 pop-up.

    Can anyone help me fix this, please?
