I hope it works out for you i have been in the Town Watch before and i advice you take players you know of that they behave in game and don't get stressed easily, sometimes its more stressing then being admin. But good luck and nice job.

i have been in 4 TG/TW every single one of them was the same
1 week and ppl will random you
every TG/TW has failed in total there were 5 or 6
2 weeks and ppl will insult you raid ya riot
3 weeks and you TG will be dead
