Ships are bugged as hell in the form they are now. Let the developers handle all the basic stuff until we add some not essential. Idea is good tho.

Well, maybe I will not be original, but try to reinstall and restart Your PC. It helped my friend who couldnt play multiplayer after swapping to 0.8. Maybe it will help You too.

I'm thinking about making a naval only clan focused on reenactment of Polish Fleet from XVIIth century. I'm searching for serious, medium-active players who prefer atmosphere over frags. It would be awesome to use historical commands for canoneers etc., so I'm looking mostly for Polish speakers, although feel free to PM me if You are not Polish.

Im sorry - I was out of forums for a lot of time. If Vikingr is about to develop another version (i've heard lots of various talks on this topic) giving light infantry "colors of forest" clothes would be rad.

So You just got the chance to have one!

In my opinion, The Deluge is the best MP mod ever made for this game, apart from Vikingr. Thanks for the trailer Leifr, looking it up.

Last time I wondered why light infantry units, such as Lidi in Nordmenn faction, have access to blue and red clothes. That's rather not historical, as long as those classess are supposed to picture lower rank of warriors, poor ones. Red and blue clothes were very hard and expensive to dye, and thats confirmed by sagas and modern experimental archeology. Those unit should wear green, yellow, orange, beige (colors of forest) woolen clothes. Linen was also very hard to dye, we have only one finding of dyed linen in early medieval Europe - Birka. But I never saw those findings, just trusted words of my swedish friend.
P.S. Deep-black color is also not confirmed, and is impossible to achieve with natural methods even nowadays.

Well, pardon me then. I'm playing this mod for years but in staggered manner and under random nicknames, so I never really got into Your good ol' community. So tell us - did You guys consider next version of this mod? For Bannerlord I mean. Or no one is really eager to do this?

That's the exact same answer I heard after asking about Vikingr for Bannerlord in game the other day. I can't recall who said told it.
Im not sure, but I think someone told me the same with the round end music issue. I wanted to produce the music, but someone wrote that its pointless, because no one is working on Vikingr anymore and we wouldnt be able to add it to the game. Or maybe I drank too much vodka and its just all my imagination

Well, it happens to me all the time. Im playing like a fanatic for a month and than I disappear because of something. Cant help that Anyway - many thanks, but I already got used to the name I'm using now.
Lets be honest - Bannerlord will probably be out in less than a year or two, and I belive playing WB version would be pointless after BL release. I know it might sound a bit crazy, but did anyone actually thinked about making Vikingr for Bannerlord? You guys told me that original developers arent around anymore, but I'm almost sure that they would agree to let someone do it. Unfortunately, I do not have any skills in programming or 3D modeling, however I could provide original soundtrack and polish translation.
Yeah, I sound like an idiot now, I know, "some guy just wants Vikingr to appear for game that isnt even out yet". But WB+Vikingr is the only historically accurate, and also the best game about early medieval Europe ever made. I would be a shame to let it pass away.
The only good news is that developers told Bannerlord will be super-friendly for modders.
So, again, was anyone thinking about that?
