    Someone asked me if I could update my little mod for 0.9 so after a few months of break here it is : Mediafire (140 KB)
    I've changed nothing from the 0.8 version but I think that the user_interface_b files are the same.

    Yep, it's really a simple effect. Technically we just have to modify the status_background mesh in the BRF to add those corners.

    And now you will tell me I just have to wait for your polished landscapes and put stalkers in it.

    Anyway, I re-installed Wings3D and Blender yesterday, and tried OpenBRF for the first time (which is also an amazing work by the way), so maybe I could try some modeling in those coming two weeks and see if it can interest other people, especially people who could give some help.

    Stalker Mod sounds like a good idea, but it means a lot of time to spend on this idea...

    Edit : Hum, apparemment les topic [H&F] concernent un projet de mod... Je suis désolé de ne pas l'avoir remarqué plus tôt mais je n'avais pas suivi ni le commencement du projet, ni le reste. Au passage je pense que vu le nombre de sujets que vous avez consacré à ce mod, vous devriez demander un sous forum dans cette section, ce serait un poil plus pratique pour la lecture.  :neutral:

    Cela dit ça n'empêche pas que je pourrais être disponible pour vous aider, walzou a déjà dû voir mes modèles et je peux donner un coup de main pour la modélisation (et je lui laisserai vilement les belles textures à faire).  :cool:
  17. Centralisation des Beta testeurs

    Je suis dans la beta et j'y joue depuis la .580, donc un peu plus d'une semaine. Comme je suis actuellement au Canada je joue surtout sur les serveurs US, dont le US-8 qui a beaucoup de succès et en moyenne 30 joueurs en permanence.

    Pour les retours je trouve le multi bien nerveux comme il faut et j'ai beaucoup le mode Battle dans lequel une faction doit défendre un point pendant que l'autre l'attaque. Bon ça nécessite un peu d'équilibrage, notamment sur les Khergits qui font très mal sur certaines cartes, mais j'aime bien l'ambiance et la difficulté. Comme autre mode j'ai tenté le Deathmatch mais je n'ai pas vraiment aimé le respawn très rapide, surtout quand on arrive directement sur la zone de combat, ça gâche le côté stratégique et on ne fait que taper, mourir, taper, tuer, etc...

    J'ai aussi eu l'occasion de tomber sur un serveur avec des bots, mais soit l'IA n'est pas encore implémentée, soit elle est en cours d'amélioration, parce que les bots faisaient office de potiches, immobiles, qu'on dégommait pour gagner de l'argent.

    Enfin mon pseudo dans le jeu c'est Silver. :wink:

    Those landscapes seems so credible, some screens remember me the game Stalker, which is also a good exemple of "f***ing awesome" map designing.

    Sorry if it's not the right place but how can we report players to ban?

    I mean, I saw some guys who like to use bugs in the maps to be invisible and saying "oh it is not reported so we can use it" or whatever...

    Or, for another exemple there is this other guy:

    We kicked it many times but he continued to join the game, so I ask now: why can we kick people if 5 seconds after they can join and continue? Is there any way to put a timer of X minutes and when we get kicked we can't rejoin utill those X minutes? Also, how can report a player for ban if we see him abusing the rules?
