    So are you saying that a surgeon's skill only affects the party he's in, not the overall army as a whole? Each party in an army relies on its own surgeon or party leader's medicine skills. Is that right?

    Yes, that is what I currently understand from our implementation. Of course, some perks have more detailed implementations and I cannot talk about all of them. But for the most part, what you say is correct.

    So @ArturMorhghain guess was correct :
    Medicine scope is the party, not the army, as leaders raising their Medicine skill while in army suggested

    A nearly full inheritance won't be a good thing as it would remove the consistency of character's death.
    But no doubt such balance will come later.

    They seem to work for me on 1.5.7 but there are some inconsistencies when it comes to the AI lords/ladies with them. I consistently find them with the honorable trait looting my villages, or chasing down peasants.

    NPC traits used to have no impact on party's strategic behavior like raiding, while some impacted their tactical behavior like avoiding/going into hard battles.
    I hope this will change in Bannerlord, but raid is atm a main part of war incomes for NPC. They don't have much choice, nothing personal. ^^

    I didn't actively tested it, but I never lost this trait.
    Chasing routed troops may reduce your Valor score (or other trait aswell).

    Yes, you can see low level troop win tournament. And that's a good thing.
    This figure that fight is not just about numbers. TW did a good job there.

    Agents make decisions during a fight, and sometimes they pick the wrong one.

    Yeah, it's an amazing horse! You can also, rarely receive it from the scouting perk that has small chance to give you mount each day on certain terrains.

    Well, not that much related to terrain/area lately (1.57 btw)
    Just a few example : I have got Tyal in desert, Camel in Sturgian homeland and Heavy steppe warhorse in imperial plain...
    I just never had one that consistency matches the area, the closest one was a Tyal at the border of northern plain (Sturgian) and steppe area (Khuzait).

    Wasn’t it same before 1.5.7 too? Did you see any change at these productions in 1.5.7?
    I don't have upgraded since 1.57, and I remember having seen very strange production from imperial breeding villages too as @R1919.
    By the way, in my full 1.57 game, Imperial charger scarcity came from intensive war time.

    No, Heroes party's skill/perk works in Bannerlord whatever their actual status while they still in the party.

    By the way, troop distribution used to check your Tactic skill to define your own ratio, compared to your enemy and allied lords.

    In previous TW games, Heroes skills were deactivated if they were KOed during a battle or too wounded to join the battle (red status bar so).   16. Resolved "Escort Caravan" Bugs

    I did a lot of caravan escort in my current game (started with e1.5.7 | Main).
    They usualy change destination within reason :
    • Targeted town besieged
    • Running from hostiles too much (2-3 times in a short time seem to be enough)
    I saw only 3 real bugs with them :
    • The dialog specifies a daily wage for this mission, which is (badly) not true !
    • Selected his starting town as new destination... Right after the escort started (already reported by a few thread)
    • Cannot defend the caravan against non-bandit. Only the don't get involved option is available (bug marked as fixed few version ago but still persist, badly I didn't retrieved the original report)
  17. In Progress [e 1.5.7] Notable Power Decreasing to the Negatives

    I have seen Notables with negative power in my game started within e1.5.7 Main too
