    Though good luck. I've attempted many times to make contact with Taleworlds, and specifically @Callum . I've sent emails, messages, contacted global mods hoping to get some sort of response and all I got was radio silence. There is no love or care of the community.

    I ran the largest and fastest growing OCE community for Bannerlord, peaking at 400+ people in the discord before realizing Bannerlord was a lost cause. Taleworlds has abandoned our community, and I don't have any faith in Taleworlds to make any changes. I have lost faith in the game, the whole company and their management team.

    To me, Bannerlord is a failure.

    Depending where you are in the world, for example, Australia. Our consumer laws say you are entitiled to a refund if the product does not meet the description of the product or if the product is faulty. We're actually the main reason why Steam has a refund policy now, our consumer and competition commission (runs through the high courts of Australia) dragged Steam into a legal battle over their failure to provide refunds to customers with faulty games.

    This is a known issue, the game for some reason reverts the ownership. If I change the core settlements.xml to be owned by the correct one it'll be correct.

    Entering cities with the custom culture also crashes the games it seems :cry:

    Seems testing @Shadowclaimer 's mod, the kingdom that owns "Winterfell" is still Sturgia and not "The North". Culture changes and name chages but still under clan Gundaroving.

    I modified the base game files while loading the mod to give ownership of "Winterfell"/Vercheg to clan stark (clan_stark_1) and it loaded in with ownership to the starks. Ownership of basegame files takes precedence over module ownership of settlements?

    I figured out the crash with a custom culture on towns.

    You need to make sure you have notables defined for your culture. Outlaws, Rural Farmers, Artisans, Preachers, etc. I don't know which ones are vital or not, but by creating them my towns stopped crashing when being set.
    Are you able to upload a copy of your working custom culture with the settlements?

    Seems using the base game files doesn't crash the game while using a new module crashes the game trying to add in a new kingdom.

    What I've been able to do so far:

    Add in new Kingdom with new heroes, clans and change Charas & Usanc Castle to two different clans. The new kingdom has custom colours and flags designed on the bannerlord banner designer website.

    What I am working on now:
    Add in new Culture & changing the settlement culture, new heroes and kingdom cultures to the new culture I make. I can seem to add the culture into the game and appear in the Encyclopedia but crashes when I add anything to it.

    How about fixing combat and balancing classes instead?
    Balancing classes would help BUT it's gonna do bugger all when like 50% of the full 120 person server is playing cavalry. You can't even take two steps near the objective without either getting knocked over, couch lanced or getting knocked out of the way by a friendly cav. And on top of it all, you can't even swing your weapon without bouncing on a cav running past, it makes playing the objective impossible.
    I see people complain about it all the time in the siege servers I play on. There is simply too much of that one class running around at once.

    Matchmaking for OCE would certainly give some capacity for clans to actually do in-house events instead of just pub stomping on custom servers. It would somewhat provide a scene for competitive play that many players love.
