Ai dont attak you castles even have grate stranges in few meters from him , its need to fix ! 
    Im hope authors fix this things , but if not, maybe im make it , but im wate then they finish fix for 0_9 vers  :wink:

    Now, I think that an arming cap combined with the chainmail hood was used.

    There are many usefull tips.
    Finally, the thing you are trying to do easier than it seems.
    You just modify the module_troops.py and compile it after that.
    I would help with it, but I got microbiology exam on friday, so no playing tommorrow for me  :roll:

    I do not want to disappoint you, but nobody here will do a mod for ya.
    But concept of the idea is not bad at all, just the horses should be randomized.
    And no, the Nords do not have mounted troops, and hopefully they will never have.

    The spawn point for the river pirates is just a little north of zendar by the bridge, just wait there and seed chaos to them  :wink:

    You have the source files for BoW?
    And yes I think you should start all over, after that you should not encounter any 9 sized parties of river pirates.....hmm and maybe you dont need to restart, just wait at the spawn point and see if the new parties are bigger.
