    Resolved Small bug with recruitment of prisoner

    The bug is still present, but with Control key ("recruit all"). For example, if you have 10 prisoners and 4 of them is ready to be recruited, by holding Control + mouse click you get those "all" 4 prisoners, but the amount of "ready to be recruited" is reduced only by 1, not by 4. So you now have 6 prisoners and 3 are still recruitable. It goes like this:

    10 prisoners, 4 recruitable --> Ctrl + click --> 6 prisoners, 3 recruitable --> Ctrl + click --> 3 prisoners, 2 recruitable... and so on
    or
    20 prisoners, 6 recruitable --> Ctrl + click --> 14 prisoners, 5 recruitable --> Ctrl + click --> 9 prisoners, 4 recruitable... and so on

    Huge lag/memory drain At Uthelaim siege

    I also experienced a major stuttering on Uthelaim castle. It seems to be related to troop pathfinding or their AI, since all enemy infantry was stuck in formation behind the gate (I've breached both walls and didn't destroy the gate) and when I've killed enough of them so that they finally broke the formation and started runnning, the game suddenly started working fine.

    Resolved Stuck in an infinite parlay loop, after making peace with an enemy faction/lord.

    Same thing happened to me on beta e1.4.2 patch - was attacked by Imperial army, bartered for peace with the army leader, peace settled, dialog with army leader constantly pops back up if you close the conversation. No way to get out of the loop other than to break the peace and fight.

    Had similar issue with the Arzagos, but you can fix it by going to your Clan tab and on the top you should have a green "Create a kingdom" button. After you create the kingdom this way you can talk to Arzagos and finish the quest.

    Hello, thank you for your attention. I am glad the problems are fixed with the patches.

    They were not fixed! At least most of them is still there. Beta 1.4.1 fixed ONLY the problems with voice_strings.xml and trait_strings.xml from my latest post, not the stuff I initially reported.

    Please reopen the issue. I updated the first post. Also, here are some new issues introduced by patches 1.4.1 and beta 1.4.2:


    1. Broken encyclopedia description texts - "noble family", "a new raising clan", "mercenary company" - those worked before, now they're untranslatable (even if the line "nobel family" is translated, it uses english version). Occurs in all non-english language versions.


    2. Broken "Empire" in encyclopedia description text. It worked fine before, now it's untranslatable. Occurs in all non-english language versions.


    3. Broken gender check tags ("{?XXXX.GENDER}{?}{\?}") for some of the dialogs (and I believe also notifications). Happens in all language versions. For sure it doesn't work for dialogs with nobles and notables, see screen below. In this dialog (id "NmGJs7yB") a "NPC.GENDER" is used, but I also tested "CONVERSATION_CHARACTER" - neither works. I'm also almost quite sure I saw failed gender checks in few other cases...


    4. Untranslatable "DAILY" on town management screen.


    5. <string id="kNQMkh3j" text="(Currently unassigned)" /> doesn't work. Even if translated, english version appears in companion's dialog. Happens in all non-english versions.


    6. <string id="b3YNi4LG" text="I am {CONVERSATION_HERO.LINK}. {FACTION_DESCRIPTION}" /> doesn't work. While the texts injected into the variables works fine, the first part ("I am ...") is always in english. Happens in all non-english versions.


    7. Wrong NPC data injected into "YOUNG_HERO" variable in string ID "j0QKnNqK" - "The training of {YOUNG_HERO.LINK} has been completed successfully. Both He and his clan is grateful to you." Instead of the trained hero, the quest giver's data is injected here.


    8. Untranslatable "Change Name", when trying to change the name of your character of someone from your family.


    9. Bunch of untranslatable texts in the new Workshop screen.


    10. "Party wages ..." of garrisons and parties in Finances tooltips.
