Don't play sarleon if you don't want to experience weakest commoners. Most effective tactics is the same for all factions and only difference is dealing with firing line - fierds don't have any and sarleon is very close to them in this aspect. You may denerf SAL for roleplay playthrough by giving them back bow RR are using. Guaranteed shield is another buff for consideration but it requires new game or save editing.

So... no arrows? When I saw you were raising polearms, 1h weapons and archery in your picture i was thinking "wth", but then I read you do use 5 weapon slots out of the 4 posible ones i didnt get it. You grab no arrows?

open conversation.txt and search for

change the -3 to 0 to avoid losing honor when raiding caravans.

To avoid losing honor when razing a village, open menus.txt and search for

12 1 2 936748722493063447 -3
and
1 1441151880758558913 1 2 936748722493063447 -3

and replace both -3 with 0.

To avoid losing honor when forcing peasants to give you supplies, open menus.txt and search for

31 1 2 936748722493063447 -1

But in the end, what fun is there to play the bad guy if there is no impact on the way people judge you

This is actually quite interesting. It would be fun if there was an incentive to play the bad guy. What comes to my mind would be, for example, making it easier to join the Eventide when having negative honor. Imagine purging Pendor of all the heresy alongside your fellow Knights of Eventide
Of course this contradicts fulfilling the prophecy, but hey, why not be the bad guy for once.

When I open WSE to play this mod it doesn't show up. Only some mods I played a long time ago but since have uninstalled. However while opening the regular M&BW the mod thos show up. I have the lastest version. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Do you have more than one copy of M&B warband on your computer?  WSE looks for the one it thinks is relevant, but may not be picking the one you currently use.  I would take everything in the WSE folder and move it to the main warband folder for the copy you want it to start.  Then just make sure "Floris Workshop" (the mod was renamed and has not been changed yet to maintain save games) is within your modules folder for that copy.
