    Well... We do have proof of this claim which happened not so long ago to a modder. Whether what he did was legal or not is another matter - how TW reacted this is another. And you can clearly see that TW was sad like a 5 years old kid.





    Anyway, I'm done with modding. I will release one last thing because I promised to some people and don't want to waste their efforts but apart from that, I'm done with modding to this game.
    With these latest arrogant actions, Taleworlds proved that they are not willing to help out their modders - modders who are making this piece of misery somewhat playable. Adding more internal keywords to code and explaining this has been done for consistency is beyond being pathetic. TW is unaware of how modding works or doesn't know their own inconsistent crappy codebase. In either way, the overall approach of TW is not friendly. I'm personally not okay with making something for a company that doesn't give a jack about the modders and blocks them but still takes the sweet credit and AAA price out of it.
    That sucks. Thanks for the hard work. Hopefully things change in the future but this seems to be how corporations deal with their fans and supporters now adays.

    There appears to be a cliff there that the merchants aren't pathing around. I waited a few days camped and they still ran into it. Eventually bandits came to atack me and all the merchants ran around the cliff and managed to get in to the town.

    I checked all around with ctrl+t and found no other place in my game with stuck merchants.

    Also they all are coming from Dorestad. I talked to all the merchants.

  8. Saving lords from cities

    I'm in Ribe I walked all around and couldn't find a prison. In old mount and blade they'd always be right next to the lord hall. Perhaps I'm blind but where are the prisons now in the cities?
  9. Stuck in the mountains

    No, clicking anywhere doesn't help. I got out by alt f4ing the game and loading the auto save. There is a very tiny strip of land you can walk on up on the mountain. It's very jerky to walk up there and sometimes the bandits spawn there. Which seems to confuse them because the "patrols around base" are all over the place. In any case it seems like there either shouldn't be a way to get on the mountain or the area to walk should be more then a strip with glitchy pathing.
  10. Ship right can't get on boat

    The ship right is stuck for the boat tutorial in story mode. On a second attempt it worked fine. I believe it happened because I ran ahead of the ship right and blocked his path which confused his pathing.

    This is at a feast while asking for quest. I ran in to this bug pretty early in to a new game in 1.03. Also I don't think we are like dev team members.... We don't get paid/We actually payed for the game. It is true that information is needed to fix bugs though.
    This one is not at the feast. Also if I reload and play again the error continues to be there. Again asking if he had any quests immediately brings up this text.

    Also the only way to get out of the dialogue when this happens seems to be to hard quit the game with alt+f4 or clt+alt+del.

    I'm still having trouble with ship pathfinding (traders trying to travel through land and getting stuck). I went out to sea, waited 1 in-game week, saved and exited, restarted VC and loaded the game but I'm still seeing the same thing.

    How do I fix this?

    Confirm that you are using 1.02 latest version (TW did update yesterday). In our testing this is working well. Your merchant ships no move?

    Well, if you builded refuge, demolish and rebuild, you could have problems (we are wroking on this), if it is your first refuge, surely you dont have problems.

    Yes I'm sure it is 1.02 and I even double checked that I downloaded it yesterday. http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,321452.15.html I put screen shots there. It only appears to be merchants getting stuck now I haven't seen any other type of NPC get stuck yet.

    Edit: No I just found some farmers who are stuck and a lord stuck.
  20. AI ships not landing

    Here are the screen shots I promised. It appears to be only merchants and some merchants do seem to manage to navigate so I don't know why some do and others don't.
    In this first image you actualy can see a ship coming in to get stuck.
    Now it is stuck in this second image.
    More stuck ships in a different location.

    I downloaded an update to 1.02 so my game should have all the hotfixes. It's hard to tell when there isn't any change to the version number. This is from a new game that I've been playing for awhile.

    Edit: No I just found some farmers who are stuck.
