    No need. Thank you. It turns out it was a wording issue.

    I read it as saying: "relationship increased from 6 to 4."

    But it says BY 6 to 4, meaning it started on -2.

    I found this issue because it seems others have been equally confused.

    Perhaps they could consider re-wording that.

    Summary: Many hours into my save, now when I do simple quests for notables in villages (collecting tools, buying cattle, etc.), I am getting NEGATIVE relations with that villager or none at all. For example, I just completed a buy-tools quest for one villager, and my relations went from 10 to 5...
