    I have a couple suggestions that may or may not be relevant to the reasoning for disabling parties. The first being to add the Captain mode into the Custom Game servers. It would be nice for people to have practiced a game mode in a non-ranked match before joining a competitive ranked match. The second being to enable joining parties only for non-ranked games and having ranked be a solo que.
