Resolved Every character and soldier become black pixels at war field

Now I guess the reason of this should be GPU overloading, as the gorgeous effect of the horses etc, the usage of GPU can goes up to 90% or even 100%
Certainly not, and it happens very randomly. My GPU isn't loaded at 100%, and it also happens (albeit very rarely) in both small battles and big battles. It also happens in tournaments where there's very little participants, and in super small field battles, like when I'm solo against 3-4 desert bandits (in other words, situations where GPU load isn't a consideration). It's probably something else.

Resolved Every character and soldier become black pixels at war field

Same happens to me occasionally. Sometimes in tournaments, sometimes in normal fights. Have zero idea why, as I couldn't notice any specific action triggering it. Reloading the last save makes it go away and no restart of the client is required to "fix" it. Never happened on the campaign map though.

Excessive Riding xp for mounted archery

Yes, noticed it as well, works with bows, crossbows and throwing weapons. Especially crossbows because their projectile velocity is very high.

Healing rate showing but not working

Noticed this as well, characters clearly do not heal faster in cities.

Unbalanced experience distribution over unit tiers: low-tier experience too slow.

    3. Ability to conduct drills as a party. This would cost time/money, but serve the same purpose as hunting looter stacks did before. As with garrison, troops will get experience up to tier 3 - cannot become a veteran by running drills.
This already exists in the game in form of a Leadership perk called "Raise the Meek" which gives daily XP boost to tier 1/2/3 soldiers, though I'm not sure if the perk even works, and if it does, the effect is not noticeable. I believe the issue of recruit armies will go away for both the player and the lords once that perk is enabled/fixed.

No Athletics gain from moving around on the map

It did increase for me (e.1.1.0), but the increase is very slow on the map (same with Riding). After you get past level 20 the XP gain from moving around the map becomes so slow it's barely noticeable. Also the description for Riding says the faster you move on the map, the more XP you gain, so I assume the best way to get Athletics XP on the map would be to have a riding horse in your inventory and running on foot if you're solo, and having all cavalry army while your character running on foot if you're with an army. This will give you no less than 6,5 speed which is enough to evade most bandit parties.

[e1.1.0 and e1.2.0] Only two types of crossbows are on sale

Summary: I see rather high amounts of Hickory Crossbows (40 crossbow skill) on sale, and the usual Crossbow (20 skill) appears very very rarely. However, no other crossbows are ever for sale, even though they clearly exist in the game and you can pick them up from killed troops and use them. I...
