    I've seen this bug, but it only happened if I initiated dialog while I was sieging a city. Were you doing the same? I was able to work around it by ending the siege and engaging in dialog while in free-roam mode.

    I totally agree. I tried to list features that have UI elements in the game, but do nothing. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect that masterwork and legendary items would be in the game considering that they exist in the smithing skill tree. Same for making peace or declaring war using the big "declare war" or "propose peace" buttons that are disabled in the kingdom interface.

    The alliances through marriage, however, might simply be a full release feature since there isn't exactly a lot to suggest that it already exists.

    It would be a big help if there was a tool tip on hover that said "Not yet implemented" or something to that effect for the UI elements which are deliberately disabled rather than assuming it was user error and spending a great deal of time trying to use a feature which does not yet exist.

    Does anyone know of a list of features which have not yet made it into the game in full? I've looked at the known issues forum post, but I don't see a lot of items that would have saved me a lot of time to know beforehand. Examples: Smithing stats that deviate from the default are not saved...

    Troops participating in battle should get experience, regardless of doing damage/getting kills

    Just don't. In my experience quests are never worth it so I never do them. I didn't do any quests in bannerlord and I conquered the map once so far. But this comes from warband experience of quests being awful so just don't do them. I have no idea what you get for them in bannerlord, but considering you can easily make 50k denari by joining an army and just being around for the loot collection and selling I doubt its worth it.
    Seems unreasonable to ignore the entire questing system. The devs put it in there for a reason, and if there's a balancing issue then they should address it because quests are a pretty cool concept if done well and one that many people enjoy.

    Point 2 is an issue though. There's no way to know how difficult a quest is, which is especially troublesome early in the game when your troops are inexperienced.

    Definitely an issue, but I do believe the devs said they are working on the issue of lords leaving a faction too eagerly. Hopefully they make it so that the king never leaves.

    The problem with the patch is that it didnt do anything. Why push a patch out if it doesnt work for half the people properly?
    It's hard to say how many people it helped, and it could very well have resolved a different bug entirely. I'm sorry the game isn't working for you, but I feel like you are being a bit presumptuous in assuming that the patch didn't do anything. I hope they fix your bug as soon as possible so you can enjoy the game.

    I've noticed that kingdoms will make peace then go to war in mere days after ending the previous war. Is there no minimum duration for peace treaties?

    A simple fix would be to perhaps buff the speed of lone lords to help them escape from bandits

    I found that exactly after the battering ram breaks through the gate or the ladders go on the walls, the lag goes away. The pathing hypothesis seems reasonable since the AI is trying, and failing, to find a valid path into the castle.
  17. Resolved Loose formation order gives no effect.

    Tell them to hold position in some particular place then give them the order to have a loose formation. For whatever reason, the formation that your army starts in at the beginning of the battle precludes the ability to give them a new formation.
  18. Archer bug!!!

    I've noticed telling them hold fire (f4) and immediately telling them to open fire seems to fix it too.
    I have used this, and it works maybe half of the time that the archers don't fire at will. I also noticed that if I ride ahead of my troops and draw the enemy's fire, my archers will nearly always fire at will by the time I return.
