I have had world peace for hours now. It is getting very boring. No factions are fighting with each. No mods ever loaded. Started this new character last week in 1.4.1.

I have progressed the storyline and gave the banner to Aserai to try and initiate a change but nothing yet.

Same thing is happening to me. 3 factions have no fiefs at all and are just the rulers faction as members. Peace between all Kingdoms for several in game months now. Some factions are at war with minor factions but that is it. Used this time to upgrade gear and start another party because no wars means all NPCs have full troop slots to recruit. Getting boring now.

Yes the grind to get to a point that you can smith some money is brutal. Finally can make 30k denar swords at level 15 and can finally start financing an army. Was a brutal start economically with this character(1.4.1 main branch).

Updating old saves to this version went very well but starting out from scratch was a painful grind.

I do like the advance command for archers but have found that when they stay at max distance it sometimes puts them in terrain that does not allow a clear field of fire and renders them useless.

I am not able to fund 45 troops at this point. Just started a new playthrough and I can not make any money trading. 1 days troop wages are what I make on a trade. Unfortunately, I need to travel several days to make the trade so end up losing money.

Started doing tournaments instead and getting some gear for companions, but going broke with no cash reward there either.

Battle loot is the only way to get money right now but then can't catch hardly any enemies. End up chasing them for 2 days to fight and now lost all profit to wages again. Run with fewer troops and can't complete any quest because too weak.

It is very frustrating right now. Time to take another couple of weeks off and wait for an update I guess.

I noticed this too. Last few days I have not noticed an update but I am crashing regularly. Also all prices seem to be the same all over the map. Trade items, mounts, food all seem to be about average and I am having a very difficult time funding a small party of 45 troops. Costing me close to 400 a day and making 300 off a trade that took 3 days travel. Followed by a crash.........

You can only use some swords in town load out in the beginning.

I had same thing happen. Once I removed the axe I had I could not equip it again. There is a perk or stat you can get that allows any one handed weapon in town clothes.

It does get pretty frustrating. Happens often to me. Was travelling to a town and just as I arrived we suddenly were at war with them and I got jumped by Lord leaving town same time I was arriving. Didn't stand a chance of reacting it was so sudden and no notification. Defeated and captured.

It's funny because it is true.

It seems to be randomly on and off for me. Started a new playthrough today because my old save were doing funny things. (Like telling me I had no food and army was starving but I had 100 or more grain.)

For the first time items had a green price in the trade menu. Not just when hovering over an item but the value was green if it was more than what I paid for it. The higher the profit would be the darker green it was

As stated I think it was Vostrum. 800 for a few days and now at 600.

Workshops seem feasible to me. I get roughly 800/day from one potter. Located in Vostrum I believe.

My smithy makes anywhere from 150-600/day.

2 caravans 1500-2300/day each.

I have been profiting around 2300-4300 for the last few weeks. Wars on 2 fronts and 100 man party leading armies of 400ish.

Economy still needs balancing, but devs are working on it. It is still off with some armor costing several hundred thousand.

Its intentional. There's a thread on these forums where a developer was talking about wanting to make caravans a more risky investment. So while they used to have party limits of 100 troops, its now lowered to 30 and the troops are deserting until they get down to size.

I don't really get the need for it myself. Caravans never really seemed to make me all that much money, and I've got a well-skilled trader running mine.

Ya and I just lost both my caravans. One to sea raiders the other to looters. LOOTERS!?!?!?!?!

Main branch 1.1.0 which from what I understand is the beta moved over to main branch.

Latest update just loaded and now I can get Legionary armour. !00k though. And an Imperial Lords helmet(didn't notice actual name) that is just short of a million (995K)??????
