    as a "solo" solution i usually make multiple save backup before tidying any party/unit...
    and almost never disband any party instead i prefer change the leader only.
    There is another bug with "Change leader". These functions are so poorly implemented that it's always wise to save beforehand. But my save has Ironman mode on...

    Several hours. Don't know how long in game.
    Parties can only be disbanded in settlement I think. This party doesn't move to a nearby town. It's just holding there.

    • Modified the base damage of all staggering animations from 3 to the following values:
      • Kick: 2 Damage
      • Small Shield Bash: 1 Damage
      • Large Shield Bash: 2 Damage
      • Two Handed Melee Bash: 2 Damage
      • One Handed Melee Bash: 1 Damage
    • Reduced the Head and Neck pierce damage multiplier from 2.0 to 1.7 for all melee thrust attacks.
    • These changes also applies to SP.
    • It's 1.5 for melee pierce Damage. "2.0 to 1.7 for all melee thrust attacks" isn't true. Please check your code in AgentApplyDamageModel.GetDamageMultiplierForBodyPart.

    This is not true. I've checked your code (MultiplayerAgentApplyDamageModel And SandboxAgentApplyDamageModel).GetDamageMultiplierForBodyPart. It's 1.5 instead of 1.7.

    You've fixed nothing. Just tested on 1.2.2. Battanian scouts, Vlandian Gallants, none of them couch their lances.

    I've been informed that this is intended behaviour. IF you sally out while waiting on the town only garrison will help. Militia only helps if there is a siege going on. They don't go out of town to defend.

    But garrison will not help too if you attack a siege camp in front of a city. I'm not talking about "sally out"

    Here is my save. I use some mods but I'm sure you can load it in vanilla, just ignore the warnings.
    How to reproduce: Change the leader of the party led by "Helmold of the Hills" with "Encurion the Silent" and wait for a while.
    It's a common issue which is annoying and easy to reporduce and should be prioritized.
    This function is unusable until the bug be fixed.

    • Improved the Cavalry AI’s Aiming and Movement Systems
      • Agents now take into account their weapon’s reach when determining the attacking direction as well as try to attack the body part that would yield the most damage.
        • This also fixes a bug that caused agents to miss their target, even if it was stationary.
      • Refined the movement decision-making process, resulting in the agents’ increased tendency to couch lances, which in turn increases their effectiveness during a charge.
        • This also fixes a bug that caused two cavalry agents to circle each other indefinitely without attacking.
    TW Claims it increases the agents' tendency to couch lances. But from my simple tests with Vlandian Kngihts/Champions/gallants. Most of them don't couch their lance. It's worse than it was!

    They do use couchable spears. I remember that they do couch in previous releases.

    Thank you for the details. Unfortunately, the character audio issue is proving to be elusive - in that it doesn't occur for us. So any details (written, video, etc.) are certainly appreciated and may lead us to identify the cause and solution.

    The recently introduced voice over slider is specifically intended for voiced dialogues. To my knowledge, it has no connection in the code to the character sounds in f.e. combat missions. That is why I kept asking if 1.2 is louder than 1.1 for you - as that is the outright bug.
    It seems the Master Volume does nothing about character sounds in combat missions. I hear the same volume no matter it's 0.01 or 0.5.

    I kind of like this patch until I found tons of issues. Infantry don't know how to counter cavs and cavs kill less than before. It's very easy to solo against tens of heavy spearmen now. I've done this with a sturgian party. I don't believe I can do this before this patch. The AI needs fixes. I like the general idea though.
